Triathlon Squad

Our triathlon squad membership includes access to all our regular swim bike, run and strength sessions. We cater to athletes of all levels and have multiple sessions each week to provide you with the flexibility to attend sessions that suit your lifestyle. All our sessions are coached by professional, nationally accredited coaches with and we welcome athletes of all abilities.

The training squad environment is inclusive and friendly for all members regardless of age, experience or ability. Members of our triathlon squad have full access to a structured and supportive training environment that understands the demands of the racing season and enables athletes to perform their best during the major races. We want everyone to improve, have fun and train as hard and as often as suits their needs.

Members are also eligible for discounts on products and services as well as priority access to camps, clinics and special events and presentations.

Junior Triathlon Squad

Our junior development squad provides a dynamic pathway from beginners interested in triathlon all the way through to Junior elites. We provide juniors with the skills, technique and experience to enjoy the sport regardless of whether the goal is enjoyment or competing at the highest level.

The key to junior athletes achieving their potential in any sport is consistency, focussing on the technical aspects of the sport and making sure that it is fun. These are the foundations of making our junior program successful and teaching young kids to enjoy the sport through having fun and games based learning will remain of the key components of our program.

As the athletes develop and to encourage their participation in the sport we help them choose events both locally and interstate to challenge them and help them learn about racing and team work in draft legal and no drafting events. We have coaches who travel with the children and parents to provide a support network and valuable insight into racing strategies and how to stay safe while competing.

For advanced juniors we meet with the athlete and family to discuss goals for the upcoming season and reflect on how they have progressed so far including the identification of areas of improvement we can focus on during the off season.

Family Squad Membership

We have many families involved in our squad environment and provide memberships for partners and families who all attend training sessions. We enjoy having families in our squad and provide memberships that are appropriate for the combined sessions that they attend. Our family memberships are available in many options and commonly used for combinations within a family such as;

Our sessions allow people of all abilities to train at the same time and this allows families the convenience of training together at the same time. A family membership is the most cost effective way to train together.

Power Cycle Membership

Riding indoors with power is the ultimate method to improve your cycling performance. No rained out days, no traffic lights, no safety concerns and no need to find other cyclists to ride with. Our power cycle membership has unlimited access to our indoor cycling sessions including regular Functional Threshold Power testing.

The sessions are designed by our coaching staff and our in house NRS rider Ed White to push your abilities over varying terrain and even allow you to experience the efforts required to ride in the NRS stages of the Australia races as well as iconic tours such as the Giro d’Italia, Paris – Nice and of course the Tour de France. We also run events to reflect such classic one day races like Milan – San Remo, Paris – Roubaix, and Liege – Bastogne – Leige. For those training for Australian based events, we run nights for the Hills Tri Club in the yearly lead up to Club Championships and long course events like Ironman and 70.3 courses. We love creating new sessions and can even cater to something you have upcoming if you provide enough notice!

Our memberships provide you with multiple sessions of cycling each week so that you can select the sessions that suit you and a structured environment to train and improve your cycling ability The sessions allows you to train with anyone of any ability in a safe, friendly environment.

Swim Squad Membership

Onebody Swim Squads cater for all swimming abilities from beginners to elite and are focused on triathlon training. The Squads are run every Monday and Wednesday evening, plus Saturday and Sundays mornings. These sessions have a high focus on freestyle technique, efficiency and stroke correction. The sessions are operated indoors within a modern aquatic centre with a heated pool. The mid week evening sessions run from 7:10pm till 8:30pm and feature a dry land warm up. The weekend sessions run from 9:30am to 10:30am, check the Triathlon Squad Session Timetable

The swim squads include:
