Here at Onebody, we offer a musculoskeletal assessment to athletes of all abilities. The purpose of a musculoskeletal assessment is to identify biomechanical structures that may be compromised during a particular movement during your sport. Our musculoskeletal assessment is suitable for anyone who is new to the sport and is looking at implementing a strength program into their training schedule.
Here at Onebody, we offer a personal training service to individuals of all ages and abilities that are looking to achieve a specific fitness goal through exercise. This service incorporates various forms of exercise to help you achieve your goals. We will help with motivation, goal setting, the provision of feedback and accountability. Whether it be one on one or in a group.
Our Personal Training service is professionally planned and supervised by our Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Our ‘run style’ plays an important role in efficiency and prevention of injury. Our run technique assessment is suitable to runners of all abilities that are looking to improve their efficiency.
