Onebody Health & Fitness is the leading Triathlon Services Provider in Castle Hill, Sydney. Led by head coach Daniel Bain our Triathlon Program has a high focus on providing great sessions and services for athletes to attend and utilise in order to become the best triathlete that they can be. We have our Indoor Training Facility in Castle Hill and we also provide sessions in Baulkham Hills, Seven Hills and Parramatta. We also offer various services such as Retul Bike Fitting, Bike Servicing, Massage Therapy, Exercise Physiology Services and Personal Training at our Castle Hill Studio.

We also have a Junior Development Program for those aged between 8-18 with the aim of increasing interest in the sport, providing fun and safe training sessions for them to develop their confidence and skills.

For those seeking to take their training to the next level we have Triathlon Coaching Services with our Triathlon Coaches as well as an annual Training Camp in the Victorian Alps. Our Coaching Services are individualised to your abilities and goals in the sport and we offer various packages to suit your needs and lifestyle.

Swim Squads

Onebody Swim Squads cater for all swimming abilities from beginners to elite and are focused on triathlon training. The Squads are run every Monday, Wednesday and Sunday and feature a high focus on freestyle technique, efficiency and stroke correction. Swimming is the most technical of the sports involved in Triathlon. Unlike cycling and running, the largest gains in swim speed occur through learning efficient movements in the water and reducing the drag created by your body. These freestyle stroke sessions are a great opportunity to analyse your swim stroke, correct your movements and improve your swimming efficiency. Indoor Power Cycle

Our indoor cycling sessions in Castle Hill, Norwest Sydney allows you to use hyour own bike for the most specific training option available indoors. We use a multirider system of computrainers combined with the latest software to provide you with power based resistance at the optimal level to improve your performance.

What to expect:
  • A training session that delivers power based intervals that matches your power profile and ability level
  • Your data displayed on the screen in real time including power, cadence, HR and advanced power metrics
  • Large HD screens and the latest in cycling / triathlon & sports entertainment to watch during sessions

Track Running

Track running & Run Technique Sessions are run every Tuesday night. Sessions focus on:

  • Run technique
  • Increasing running speed, endurance and efficiency
  • Improving anaerobic threshold and lactic acid tolerance




Brick Session

A brick session is a form of triathlon training where you go from one sport straight into another. It’s a particularly effective method of training, because it prepares your body for the specific race-day rigours of a triathlon. Brick Sessions are run every Sunday morning at Parramatta Park. Sessions focus on:

  • Increasing cycling speed, endurance and efficiency
  • Increasing running speed, endurance and efficiency
  • Practicing bike to run transitions for triathletes




Strength Session

Our Exercise Physiologist works with athletes in various sports including running, swimming, cycling and triathletes on a daily basis. We have the experience to create a strength program tailored to your needs or weaknesses in the sport you compete in. Sport specific strength training is an integral aspect of training for all athletes as it can help build speed, agility, endurance, strength, stability, flexibility, injury rehab, prevention and management.

We have a high focus on developing correct exercise skill and technique, improving base strength, individualising programs to address specific strengths and weaknesses and to improve movement and technique in the chosen sport. Our Exercise Physiologists are highly motivated in helping improve your physical abilities in your chosen sport.
